2. Services
TK MEDIA is an AI engineering studio. We build our own software products and take on a small number of partner software-development projects.
Any project engagement is subject to a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. These Terms govern general website usage and initial contact.
3. Project engagement
- Any proposal is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Project work begins only after mutual agreement on scope and receipt of any agreed deposit.
- Changes to scope after agreement may adjust pricing and timelines.

This website: all content, design, code and branding on this website are the intellectual property of TK MEDIA and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Client projects: upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project, unless the project agreement states otherwise. We retain the right to reuse generic, non-client-specific components and frameworks.

TK MEDIA provides its website and services "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
